Become a Support Worker

Starting your journey as a HomeCare+ Support Worker is as easy as 5 SIMPLE STEPS.

HomeCare+ will pay for your training and can help you gain all the worker screenings.
To proceed, you must be an Australian Citizen or have a valid Working Visa.

Dave - Support Worker

STEP 1: Physical Wellbeing

You will be required to undertake various physical tasks in your role as a Support Worker.
Take the test and see how you go!

STEP 2: Skills Assessment

Our staff will invite you to complete a numeracy and literacy assessment.

STEP 3: Apply Online

STEP 4: Phone Interview

Finally, there is a phone interview, where you will have the opportunity to consider
all the aspects of the role as a Support Worker.

STEP 5: What Happens Next...

All applicants successful after the interview will be reference checked.
A minimum of two professional referees will be contacted by phone
(note - referees cannot be a relative or friend).

Successful progression through all stages of the recruitment process
will see you booked into our next available Introduction Session.
