Client Service Officer South East

Due to significant growth, HomeCare+ South East is seeking a full-time Client Service Officer to join its dedicated team. We are looking for an innovative and inspiring individual to make a real difference in coordinating client service needs, and providing exceptional service delivery to people in the community living with a disability. This position will be responsible for the supervision and facilitation of a quality service through a team of Support Workers.

Do you have the following key skills and attributes?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Nursing or related disciplines are desirable
  • Have working knowledge of the Disability Sector
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ability to prioritise and respond to unpredictable situations with empathy and in a calm manner
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Participation in the Emergency Response roster including some weekends

You will be required to have a DHS Working with Children check and Disability Services Employment Screening as stipulated by DHS/NDIS requirements. You must also hold a current full South Australian driver's licence, a First Aid certificate and be an Australian Citizen or hold a current work visa.
