PQSA is the peak community body supporting people with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) to live their potential. We also provide individualised quality services and support, that are accessible to the wider community through our HomeCare+ division. An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to work with us as a People & Culture Administrator. If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with interest in providing high quality administrative support to our People & Culture Team and in the area of Quality Management, in order to contribute to achievement of team strategy and exceptional client delivery, then this role will be a great fit for you.

Do you have the following key skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles and highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Highly organised with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in an autonomous role
  • Ability to respond with empathy and maintain calm in stressful circumstances
  • Problem solving and time management skills

You will be required to have a Disability Services Employment Screening and be willing to obtain the appropriate Employment Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS requirements.

You must also hold a current full South Australian driver's licence and be an Australian Citizen or hold a current work visa.
