HomeCare+ South East are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Registered Nurse Consultant team in a casual or part-time capacity.

The Registered Nurse Consultant will be based in our Mount Gambier office, and be responsible for assisting in the coordination of the health needs of HomeCare+ clients in the South East region. The RN Consultant will ensure client health needs are met and Support Worker assessments are undertaken in accordance with the relevant legislation and professional guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes:

• Current registration with the AHPRA
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Disability sector and/or community based Nursing
• Show knowledge of the competency assessment model
• Ability to participate in the on-call after hours roster
• Excellent documentation and computer skills
• Hold a current driver's license
• Current DHS/NDIS Screenings as per legislative requirements
